Find fault codes. Click. Done.
The IntelliTuning.com DTC Tool reads your file, recognises the ECU and software version and lists all fault codes with descriptions. You switch off the codes you want with a click and download the finished file. For 206 ECU types from 25 brands, continuously extended.

How you work with it
Load the file
Drag the file into the tool. The DTC Tool recognises ECU, manufacturer software, hardware, MCU and further identifiers and shows them with the logos of the vehicle manufacturer and ECU manufacturer.
Select codes
All fault codes appear in plain text, searchable by number or text, page by page or in full. Codes that are already switched off are shown as such.
Generate the file
One click, and the file with the switched-off codes is built. The file name contains the codes; with many codes, the list is also provided as a text file.
Flash
The file is ready to be written with your tool. Usage is logged in your account, so you can always trace which file was processed and when.
Features in detail
Recognition like a professional
ECU type, manufacturer software in long and short form, hardware, customer HW/SW, software version, ODX, engine and coding. Multiple part numbers in one file are all shown.
Size-independent
OBD read, Bench-Read or partial file: recognition works on the map area, not on the file size. Shifted files are found.
All codes, not just the usual ones
SAE codes, manufacturer-specific codes and, for commercial vehicles, J1939 codes with SPN/FMI. As many codes per ECU type as technically possible.
Modified files
Files with codes already switched off load cleanly. You see what is off and can switch off further codes or switch them back on.
Search, pages, sorting
Large lists stay clear: search by code or text, 20 to 100 codes per page or all at once, the sidebar stays in place while you page through.
New ECUs all the time
New types only go online once the test run against reference files matches byte for byte. Then they are immediately available to all accounts, without an update.

Frequently asked questions
Which ECUs are supported?
Currently 206 types from 25 brands, the full list is in the tool under Info. A further 123 types are in preparation. If your type is missing, send us an example and we will add it to the test run.
How does the Windows version differ from the online version?
Recognition works the same in both. The Windows version signs in with your customer account and fetches the fault code tables via the portal. That way both are always at the same level.
What about files that have already been modified?
They load just like originals. Codes already switched off are marked, you can switch them back on or switch off more.
Are the checksums corrected?
For the families covered by the Checksum Tool, yes, directly in the Workshop Package. For other types, your flashing tool corrects the checksum as usual.
Can I test the tool first?
Yes, with the DTC Day Pass: one day, up to 10 files, no further commitment.
